HSBC has further enhanced its internet banking platform ‘HSBCnet’ to include a document attachment facility to enable a faster and convenient banking experience.
This new feature will allow customers to attach important documents to facilitate on-line payment transactions without the submission of manual documentation.
The benefits derived will be immense, as it will decrease turnaround time for payments sent on HSBCnet, streamline the service delivery process on document handling and create an audit trail for customers.

We hope customers will make use of this facility as they continue to bank with HSBC,” stated HSBC Head of Corporate Banking Chamira Wijetilleke.
