Union Assurance (UA) recently expanded its services with a new outlook after the refurbishment of its Wellawatte Regional Office on the 24 October, to provide better service to residents in the area. The refurbished branch office will support the company’s pace to reach its goal of having fully-operational branches island-wide and enhance the strength of its fully-fledged branch network. 

UA’s Wellawatte Regional Office is conveniently situated with ample parking space, open from 8.30 a.m to 5.00 p.m. The new Regional Office is refurbished and retouched with new interior elements, such as lightning systems which provide a soothing, elegant environment. All the internal office spaces are structured in a relaxed and productive atmosphere to create a positive working environment. Service areas for life insurance customers, a training centre for staff, and many other customer facilities are available at all times.  UA’s branch offices offer a wide array of life insurance solutions for individuals as well as businesses. Regional Office is also fully IT-enabled while Personal Financial Advisors (PFA) are equipped with laptops and tabs to service all UA customers quickly and easily even while in the field.
