Pan Asia Bank ceremonially opened its Kegalle Branch at its new location on 7January at No. 107, Main Street, Kegalle.

Pan Asia Bank Deputy General Manager – Branch Credit Naleen Edirisinghe was the Chief Guest at the opening. The senior management of the bank, members of the business community and customers in the area were among the other distinguished guests.

Speaking at the opening ceremony Edirisinghe stated that Pan Asia Bank is extremely happy that they were able relocate Kegalle branch to a much spacious and convenient location for the benefit of its valued customers to offer fast innovative banking solutions that are based on understanding true customer requirements.

Pan Asia Bank, known for its innovative banking products and services has consistently introduced novel banking products to the local market such as ‘Rising’ fixed deposit, a two-year fixed deposit which was recently introduced, where the interest can only go up. Currently Rising FD guarantees a 13.5% minimum interest and the interest rate may further increase at six-month intervals.

Among other innovative savings products are Daskam Children’s Savings account which offers an additional 10% deposit on top of each and every deposit with an enhanced interest of 8% and Champion Saver Savings Account which offers up to 8% interest p.a. on savings deposits. The bank also offers an array of other products including leasing facilities, credit cards and ‘Sammana,’ a guarantor free personal loan facility up to Rs. 2,000,000offered to retired Government servants and CBSL pensioners.

Chamika Dilshan Silva heads the Pan Asia Bank Kegalle branch. The branch will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4p.m. on weekdays.
