Sri Lanka’s fastest growing commercial bank, Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC recently joined hands with BellVantage Ltd. to obtain an outsourcing solution to handle the bank’s 24/7/365 Contact Centre operation.

“We are pleased to enter into an arrangement with BellVantage Ltd. to provide a superior quality customer support service to our valued customers said Pan Asia Bank Deputy General Manager Marketing and Personal Banking Nalaka Wijayawardana. “With this arrangement we expect to increase our operational efficiency and better utilisation of resources to grow the bank’s core business areas.
