Pan Asia Bank partnered the National Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka yet again to conduct the third consecutive Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) workshop for SMEs based in North Western Province on 12 September. Pan Asia Bank’s SME customers from the selected areas participated in the workshop titled ‘Entrepreneurship & Business Planning’, which was held at Bright Bravo Hotel, Kurunegala, under the patronage of the SME unit of Pan Asia Bank with the support of North Western Area Office.
The experienced resource person NIBM Assistant Director Gayan Jayathilake conducted the program and shared valuable insights and provided training to the participants that would be useful in planning their businesses. Also gracing the occasion was Pan Asia Bank DGM – Branch Credit Naleen Edirisinghe, who addressed the gathering to convey the purpose of having these programs for its SME customers to help enhance their businesses. At the conclusion of the workshop, all participants were awarded a certificate by the National Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka. Synonymous with SME banking, Pan Asia Bank remains committed to support SMEs of all scales empowering them to reach their full potential as it considers them to be the lifeblood of our economy. For this purpose, the bank continues to strengthen its regional presence and deploys more resources to support this segment.
