NDB Bank recently launched the NDB NEOS Online Banking channel with a true omni-channel experience for the customers.
During a time where social distancing is encouraged and curfew is active in various districts, NDB understands the need for customers to bank from the safety of their homes. Hence, the bank introduced NDB NEOS Online Banking with the omni-channel experience of having the means to log in to both NDB NEOS Mobile Banking and NDB NEOS Online Banking channels using the same login credentials. Having understood the customer’s need for convenience, the bank has enabled the facility where the details of all beneficiaries, billers and scheduled payments created in one channel will be available in the other channel as well.
Additionally, the scheduled payments and message inbox/outbox features which were introduced recently to the NDB NEOS Mobile Banking app are also available on Online Banking.
Customers can access the NDB NEOS Online Banking channel via https://www.neosonline.ndbbank.com.
New users can easily register for NDB NEOS Online Banking using their existing NDB account or card details, similar to registration for the Mobile Banking application and continue accessing both channels simultaneously with the same credentials.
All clientele who are in self-quarantine and those who wish to bank from the safety of their homes are given the easy solution of using NDB NEOS which provides nearly all of the same facilities that a customer can receive through physical presence at a branch.
NDB NEOS encompasses some much-needed features such as online real-time other bank transfers and other bank card payments through CEFT, OTP delivery via email and SMS for both local/foreign mobile numbers, and notifications via push messages and email for transaction receipts. NDB NEOS also provides features such as switch on/off of credit/debit cards and setting up of transaction thresholds. The scheduled payments feature of the app enables customers to create standing orders for their frequent transactions thereby eliminating the hassle of having to carry out repetitive actions.
