LCB Finance opened its newest branch in Kuliyapitiya, one of the main cities in the North Western Province. Chief Guest of this memorable occasion was Mayor of Kuliyapitiya Lakshman Adhikari and the Guest of Honour was LCB Finance Ltd. Chairman Bandula Nanayakkara.
In a statement, LCB Finance CEO and Executive Director said LCB Finance had already planned for another eight branches for the next year while having the plan to open at Tangalle this month. Further he said LCB Finance would be happy about their performance at the IPO which was oversubscribed and that confidence had given a morale booster for their future assignments as well.
LCB Finance made facilities of housing, business, micro loans and leasing to selected customers of Kuliyapitiya parallel to the branch opening and it was evident that the most of the corporate societies of the area making hands with the trust and confidence of LCB Finance who has performed brilliantly within a very short period of three years. The innovation, customer relationship and a reliance on technology have been the key competitive strengths of LCB Finance Ltd. Since the beginning of this year the overall operating efficiency and management procedures of the company has improved remarkably, consequent to the adoption of the new core banking system facilitating entry to the SLIPS thereby improving our customer services as well. LCB Finance Ltd., has been elected to the Main Board of Lanka Microfinance Practitioners Association (LMFPA) for the year 2021/2022.
