HNB Assurance PLC (HNBA) has produced a total of 194 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers in 2022.
Further Malindika Priyadarshini had the honour of being the first to achieve the Lifetime MDRT Status from HNBA. Amongst this year’s MDRT qualifiers are four distinguished members who qualified for Top of the Table (TOT) status, while 12 members of the HNBA Sales Force had the honour of laying claim to the Coat of the Table (COT) status.
MDRT, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, which was formed in 1927 is an independent association with a global count of over 72,000 professionals affiliated to insurance and financial services in over 500 companies, where membership is exclusively to those that surpass the given threshold.
CEO Lasitha Wimalaratne said: “For any insurance sales professional, achieving MDRT status is undoubtedly the single most potent driver that motivates them to go above and beyond in terms of their sales. In 2022, HNBA has been able to produce 194 MDRT qualifiers surpassing the 164 that the company produced a year earlier; and what’s important to note is that the company has been successfully driving its sales professionals to progress towards this prestigious achievement. I am indeed very pleased at this achievement including the Lifetime MDRT Status, TOT and COT accolades that have been bagged by our team.
