This digital customer verification process will facilitate ID card verification, document verification for proof of address. Realising the need to optimise efficiencies, HDFC Bank continues to invest in new digital tools and technological platforms eliminating time-consuming processes and streamlining operations to meet the strategic vision of the bank. IT based growth is a key strategy, which is gradually enhancing bank operations and services in order to create an efficient and highly productive work environment.
