AIA named in annual Forbes ‘Global 2000: World’s Best Employers’ list

AIA announced yesterday that AIA Group has been named in the Forbes ‘Global 2000 – World’s Best Employer 2019’ list.

The Forbes list is curated from 2000 of the world’s largest public companies and 1.4 million employment recommendations sourced from a global poll and regional surveys. Employees are asked to rate their own employers in various dimensions including the likelihood of recommending them to a friend or family member, and also other employers they admire. The 500 companies receiving the highest total scores are awarded as the World’s Best Employers within the Global 2000 list.

AIA has been ranked in the top 250, putting them alongside some of the world’s biggest and most recognised brands, including Apple, Amazon and Microsoft.
