A myriad of mouth-watering flavours is simply the only way of describing the ‘Vivacious Vietnam’ promotion currently on at the Hilton Colombo Residence. Held at their signature restaurant the Union Bar and Grill (UBG), the promotion delivers on the culinary delights, highlighting dishes that are truly Vietnamese – a refreshing change to the usual promotions which highlight the food of its more popular neighbours such as Thailand, Malaysia and Japan, with the cuisine from these countries often confused as that from Vietnam.
