Talking hands

 Out of 21 million people in Sri Lanka, 150,000 are believed to be blind while another 400,000 are suffering from low vision. According to Vision 2020 Sri Lanka, the majority are blind due to cataract, while refractive errors, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and blindness in children are the other causes of vision impairment.
