Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo this January sees the introduction of three delicious dishes at the Long Feng and Royal Thai. The January specials represent three traditional dishes with a modern twist.
At Long Feng, well known dim sum creations come steamed or deep fried. The dim sum set lunches are created by the hotel’s expert Dim Sum Chef Duan. The set lunch is served in authentic bamboo steam baskets and kept warm in a special dim sum trolley.
Long Feng hosts a wide selection of dim sum available with a variety of fillings from chicken, meat, prawns and pork to vegetarian options. This month’s dim sum special lunch menu is available daily along with a special selection of teas at Long Feng from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The second special this January is lobster with crispy egg and butter, yet another mouth-watering dish created by Chef Jason. Vibrant in colour, this lobster dish is packed with sharp flavours that perfectly complement it.

Royal Thai welcomes new flavours this month with a signature dish – stir fried king prawns with cashew nuts.
The sizzling dish is prepared specially by Royal Thai’s very own ‘Thai Mama’.
This indulgence, amidst the warm and cosy surroundings of Royal Thai, is available from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Rs. 1,900++++onwards. An early reservation is advised and can be made on 2491945.
