The ‘Next Revolution in Hair and Skin’ show concluded recently, providing the necessary knowledge and skills to aspiring beauticians. The event was graced by Editha Kocks Educator from Netherlands.
Conducted by RF Asia International for the 8th year, the seminar was attended by more than 750 salons whose employees were guided and educated on all aspects of beauty care.
The seminar was conducted by Ramani Fernando, Keune Senior Educator Kamal Hettiarachchi, Jovees Senior Educator of Jovees Skin Care Products Rozani Salgadoe as well as beauty professionals from the Ramani Fernando Salons.
Over an entire day, salon owners and beauticians were taken through varied aspects of beauty care- from hair cuts, colouring, styling etc.
RF Asia International Chairman Ranjith Fernando said, “Our main aim is to enhance the knowledge and develop skills of hair dressers in Sri Lanka. With this workshop we hope to raise the standards of beauticians in Sri Lanka by providing them with the necessary training.”

RF Asia International (Pvt) Ltd Managing Director Roshan Abeysinghe stated, “Our Company deals with two leading hair and beauty brands in the country. We want to now educate beauticians on how to use these brands and we hope this training will do exactly that. We also hope to take this training to the rest of the country in order to spread the knowledge and give opportunities to beauticians outside Colombo.”
