Randoli : Climaxing the Esala Perahera

Sharp at the auspicious hour of 6.20 this evening, the sound of a cannon from the Sri Dalada Maligawa will herald the start of the first Randoli Perahera – the most colourful stage of the Esala pageant in Kandy this year.
