Power lunches at Tsing Tao

Tsing Tao, popularly known for exquisite Chinese seafood, located at the Race Course Complex, is now serving power lunches. This is specially designed for the busy corporates, in addition to anybody else who would like to enjoy a four course lunch. Master Chef Huasheng Mo with his culinary team will delight guests during this power lunch promotion.

This promotion falls under the ‘Cardholder Dines Free’ (HSBC Premier credit cardholders) offer which is currently underway. It will also be available for Sampath Bank Visa Infinite and Signature credit cardholders due to begin on 16 August 2013. Power lunches will be available from Monday to Friday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tsing Tao will serve a four course lunch – soup, mains, desserts and tea or coffee. This menu, personally designed by Master Chef Huasheng Mo which includes seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes, changes on a weekly basis. This week’s menu: Chinese vegetable soup, fish fillet with black pepper sauce, Sichuan style Kung Pao chicken, sizzling kang kung in salted shrimp sauce, Singaporean vermicelli fried vegetable noodles or Yangzhou style fried vegetable rice, ebony ivory chocolate dessert and Chinese teapot or regular coffee.
