Kothu gets a makeover

Kothu has practically been a staple diet in our home for as long as I remember. Chicken kothu, cheese kothu, fish kothu, egg kothu, you name it we’ve had it - or so I thought.A visit to the famous Kothu Station down Hill Street made me realise what a sad, deprived life I was leading when it came to this dish.
