Hilton Colombo Residences announces Malaysian food promotion

Hilton Colombo Residences announced its latest food and beverage promotion to introduce authentic Malaysian cuisine at the Union Bar & Grill.

The promotion was launched at the World Spice Food Festival on 4 October at the Hawker’s Street Food Festival. The restaurant promotion was launched on 8 October and will continue until 14 October 2012 between 7.00 p.m. and 11.00 p.m. Guests will be treated to a full Malaysian buffet which consists of salads, soups, main course and desserts.

“At Hilton Colombo Residences, we look forward to introducing authentic Malaysian cuisine to Colombo by bringing down a chef from our sister property in Malaysia. We feel that our guests would truly be offered a five-star dining experience during the promotion,” said Executive Chef Priyal Wijesuriya.
