'Heaven and earth in one container'

A delicate Japanese art form that dates back more than a millennia, bonsai is still practiced and thrives worldwide. This is made apparent by its dedicated following right here in Sri Lanka, which is headed by the Sri Lanka Bonsai Association. With over 60 active members, the association has been meeting frequently since 1989 to discuss and compare techniques, methods and helpful tips on how to cultivate and care for their miniature trees.
