The Easter carvery at Cheers Pub, on between 12.00 noon and 3.00pm offers an extensive menu for the family. Enjoy a selection of salads and appetizers such as the colourful Easter painted egg and raisin coleslaw, Bavarian potato, Spanish seafood,  waldorf and cheese and olive salad, including assorted cold cuts and chicken liver pate with port jelly and melba croutons. The Armagnac flavoured wild mushroom soup with assorted breads, butter and dipping will whet your appetite for a truly magnificent meal to follow with the best of meats and accompaniments.

Taste some traditional roasted Australian angus rump with yorkshire pudding, grilled tomato, onions, horse radish and hot mustard. Dig into a roast leg of lamb with rosemary merlot jus, mint sauce, sage and onion stuffing.
