Delectable Tapas combo at Cinnamon Lakeside

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo presents its take on Spanish Cuisine with a delectable Tapas combo at Seven Degrees North.  The Spanish master chef at the hotel Chef Chema takes a sophisticated approach to tapas, incorporating ingredients and influences from authentic Spanish cuisine. The Tapas combo includes traditional classics including the perfect treat for a warm day, Gazpacho Andaluz, a refreshing Spanish soup, which originated in the southern region of Andalucía and is widely consumed throughout Spain, Portugal and parts of Latin America.  The combo also caters to meat lovers with a delicious Spanish meatball dish or Albondigas (chicken or beef meatballs tossed with the subtly spicy cumin infused with a juicy tomato flavour).

The combo also consists of fried anchovies with lemon or Boquerones a la Andaluza, a popular Spanish Tapas delicacy.

The extensive Tapas menu also presents the much loved seafood tapas including Gambos al ajilla one of the most common tapas dishes of Spain, made with juicy shrimp, oozing with garlic flavour, Calamares a la Romana (calamari with olive oil) and Tapas Espanola (Spanish Omelette, made of eggs, potatoes and onions and is also essentially the national dish of Spain).
