Malkey Rent-a-Car has partnered with Miss Universe Sri Lanka as the official transport provider for the event. Right now they are driving twelve beauties to various destinations from sponsor visits to mini pageants. With the days closing in on one of the most exciting events of the year, Malkey gears its fleet to carry the twelve ladies towards their decisive moment on 11 July!
On the 25 and 28 June, Malkey provided a fleet of luxury automobiles for the mini pageants at the Blue Water Wadduwa and the Lady Hilton. They were also the official transport provider for the miscellaneous outings of the contestants, some of which included a visit to an orphanage, an outing to Bentota, sponsor visits and several more.
In recent times, Malkey has had personalities like Professor Philip Kotler, celebrities such as Hrithink Roshan and Lara Dutta and even royalty; Prince Faisal of Saudi Arabia, Princess Alexandra of Denmark; and many other dignitaries travel with them on their visits to Sri Lanka. Malkey is an official transport provider endorsed by Sri Lanka Tourism . Head of Investment at the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority Dilip Mudadeniya noted, “Malkey travels is registered and authorized with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, they have been over 35 years in the business making it a trusted name to be associated with Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2011.”
Malkey Rent-a-Car Director Milindu Mallawartchie, expressed their privilege to be associated with the event. “We are happy to partner with Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2011 and support their cause in taking Sri Lanka to the world.
