Many are the benefits of adopting a plant-based diet. Historically our ancestors are also known to have thrived on vegetarian meals. In an effort to promote health and wellness and also introduce novel ways of creating magical dishes out of everyday vegetables, Cinnamon Red Colombo introduces its extensive plant-based feast every Full Moon.
“The Vegetarian Lunch Buffet was launched on the Full Moon for February and received a lot of positive feedback. The second edition which happens on the 6 March will feature some of the favourites and new additions cooked up by our talented culinary team”, said General Manager of Cinnamon Red Colombo, Terrence Fernando.
Priced at Rs. 4,500 net per person, the Vegetarian Buffet is available from 12 p.m. -3 p.m. at the Flavoured restaurant, on the 8 Floor. The buffet features well known vegetarian delicacies created by our team like Breadfruit Sliders on a Spinach Bun, Corn Chowder, Mushroom and Cauliflower Wellington, Moroccan Couscous Biriyani, Jack Fruit Kottu and Coconut and Caramel Cream Cake.
