The 12th chapter of the annual Journalism Excellence Awards took place at the Mt. Lavinia Hotel on Tuesday night to honour the best in the field. It was jointly organised by the Sri Lanka Editors Guild and the Sri Lanka Press Institute. Daily FT won the Best Business Journalist of the Year for the second consecutive year and set a new record in the 12-year history of the awards
