Mothercare opens first store in Sri Lanka

Global brand Mothercare on Monday opened its first store as well as the affiliated brand Early Learning Centre in Sri Lanka at No. 7, R.A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo, with Softlogic Holdings Plc as the franchise partner. Softlogic Holdings Plc Chairman Ashok Pathirage was the Chief Guest along with Mothercare’s Group International Operations Manager Maryanne Green. Mothercare operates in 59 countries and Sri Lanka became the 60th. With two floors of selling space in a convenient location and ample parking facilities, the store offers help, advice, choice, and value in maternity fashion, lingerie, clothing from zero to eight years, pushchairs, car seats, highchairs, toys, and much more.
