Kreston MNS & Co celebrates 80th anniversary

Kreston MNS & Co, Chartered Accountants, the correspondent firm of Grant Thornton International in Sri Lanka celebrated its 80th anniversary this year with a function for the staff in December 20l2 at the Grand Oriental Hotel, Colombo. Kreston MNS & Co, which was known as M.N. Sambamurti & Co until December 1983 was established in 1932. The services provided by Kreston MNS & co. along with its five Associate firms are external audit, internal audit, taxation, company secretarial, company formation and liquidation, accounting, due diligence, payroll, investigations, systems design, business valuations, etc.

The head office of the firm is located at 5012, Sir James Pieris Mawatha, Colombo 2 and its l0 branches islandwide are located at Anuradhapura, Badulla, Batticaloa, Hatton, Jaffna, Kandy, Kurunegala, Negombo, Nuwara Eliya and Trincomalee. The present number of partners of the firm is seven. The firm recognised the employees who had completed, 25 years of service by giving them special gifts as a token of appreciation at this function.
