City talk in Colombo

Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa delivered the seventh Annual Sujata Jayawardena Memorial Oration recently titled ‘Development Plan for the City of Colombo’. The event was organised by the University of Colombo Alumni Association and was held at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute.
