Ceylon Association of Shipping Agents celebrates golden jubilee

The Ceylon Association of Shipping Agents (CASA) celebrated its golden jubilee on 22 July at the Kingsbury Hotel. The nautical gala was held to honour CASA’s contribution to the development of Sri Lanka’s shipping industry as well as its role as the foremost association of Shipping Agents since its incorporation in 1966. The event, which was themed ‘Steering Your Course’, was a celebration of the past, present and future and reaffirmed CASA’s commitment to guiding industry growth. Minister of Ports and Shipping Arjuna Ranatunga and several state and private sector dignitaries graced this occasion together with members of the CASA Advisory Council, CASA Executive Committee and CASA membership  "
