The fifth consecutive Standard Chartered Priority Golf Tournament was concluded over the weekend at the Shangri-La’s Hambantota, Golf Resort & Spa. The event kicked off with a tribute to those who lost their lives during the Easter Sunday bombings.
This key golfing event which offers “an exclusive golfing experience” places Sri Lanka positively across Standard Chartered’s global footprint across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The bank’s Priority proposition includes a Golf Tee Pass for its clients which enables them to play in many of the golf courses around the world or for aspiring golfers’ lessons at the Royal Colombo Golf Club.
With 19 unique winners in different categories, Mahela Jayewardena won the Men’s Low gross and Manori Jayakody emerged victorious in the Women’s Low gross.
