Executive Chef Buddhika Samarasekara along with his esteemed culinary team has brought forward an exquisite buffet, with a scrumptious menu consisting of a range of authentic cuisines varying from Japanese, Sri Lankan, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean and much more.

Together with exquisite live cooking/action stations of the sushi/sahimi station, hoppers/rotti station, oysters, mouth watering prawns and crabs, succulent Peking duck and with a very exclusive authentic Italian corner of pizza, pasta and ravioli station, guests are left with a content appetite. With the key concept of being a family brunch an array of kids’ favourites is also prepared: Fish fingers, French fries, chicken kieves, etc. 

The dessert buffet is a haven for any sweet tooth! Executive Pastry Chef Tilak Rodrigo and Sue Chef Nalin Hewage create a range of mouth watering cakes, mousses, macaroons and chocolate truffles to name a few. In addition to the everyday favourites of any dessert buffet in and around Colombo, Waters Edge provides exciting and scrumptious action stations such as ‘Ice Cream – Kottu’ and ‘Pancake stations’ with exciting flavours, toppings and add-ons.
