The second garoupa signature dish is available at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, Long Feng where a healthy Chinese steamed garoupa with a variety of mixed vegetables in soya sauce is introduced. This is a delicious Chinese steamed fish in a dark sauce is mildly sweet and extremely appetizing.
It should be noted that this is one of the more popular steamed fish dishes found in Chinese restaurants and at Long Feng it is carefully prepared with ingredients and sauce made exclusively for Long Feng diners. Even non fans of steamed fish are converts with this variation available in February from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Rs. 1,460 ++++.
