Taj Samudra, Colombo has unveiled an all-new ‘crab’ menu at their newest venue ‘The Crab Factory’ on the South Lawn overlooking the fantastic views of the Indian Ocean.
Guests can enjoy a brand new menu comprising of mouth-watering crabs, prawns, cuttlefish, roast paan, rice and desserts. A pleasing plethora of dishes await such as Sri Lankan style crab curry, black pepper crab curry, tandoori, crab masala or Kerala style as well as crowd pleasing Sri Lankan prawn curry, cuttlefish black curry and vegetable stew. In addition you could savour steamed rice, string hoppers, fried rice, garlic roast paan accompanied with roast paan, kiri hodi and pol sambol.
Desserts available comprise an array of delicious treats such as flavoured ice cream, fresh fruit salad and ever popular watalappan. Complete the crab experience with selected beverages or green tea to complement the meal. The Crab Factory is open daily during dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The all new crab menu has a fine choice of delicacies prepared by Executive Chef Dhaithya Krawage and his team of experienced chefs with global experience.
