The Great Kebab Feast brings delectable kebabs from India to one table. Navratna at the Taj Samudra, Colombo will present the unique dining experience from 22 to 31 May during lunch and dinner (12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.). Navratna arguably Colombo’s finest Indian restaurant will present tantalising kebabs created by the magical hands of Chef Chauhan using authentic ingredients that challenges you to resist.

During the kebab promotion we recommend our guest to try our delicious mouth-watering non vegetarian and vegetarian kebabs to sample with assorted breads, dal tadka, raita and chutney at the Navratna. ‘Crab Seekh Kebab’ with crab mince flavoured, mace and cardamom powder cooked in Tandoor style, ‘Tandoori Bhuna Jhinga’ with tender prawns in Indian spice flavour, ‘Fish Basil Tikka’ with Modha fish marinated in yoghurt cooked in a clay oven, ‘Galawat Kebab’ with minced lamb and ‘Murg Zafrani Tikka’ with chicken marinated in chilli paste, cheese and Indian spices for all the non vegetarian lovers are perfectly crafted for your pleasure.


For all the vegetarian food lovers, Navratna will present, Paneer Ke Soule, with cottage cheese cubes and green pepper marinated with yoghurt and ginger, ‘Makai Methi Kebab’ with corn kernels, ‘Kushrang Subz’ kebab with fresh vegetables, ‘Tandoori Aloo’ with small potatoes marinated with Indian herbs and ‘Tandoori Cauliflower’ will be on the cards from 22 to 31 May.
