Cinnamon Lakeside introduces Dim Sum to Long Feng menu

An array of authentic Dim Sum is now served at Long Feng, Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo’s Chinese restaurant.  The stuffed and steamed dumplings are created specially by Chef Duan, who recently joined the hotel as a Dim Sum expert.

Enjoy these bite sized Chinese delicacies prepared to perfection and presented in traditional bamboo steam baskets.  These mouth watering steamed dumplings come in a variety of fillings ranging from meat, pork, prawn and vegetarian options. Chef Duan’s Dim Sum for the month is ideal for all seafood lovers. The steamed prawn, scallop or lobster dumplings amongst many others are the perfect seafood indulgence. The colourful dumplings are encased in bamboo baskets that highlight the beauty of the dish.  The bamboo baskets are stylishly rolled out in a Dim Sum trolley complete with its own in built steamer ensuring the Dim Sum arrives at the table freshly steamed.
