Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has been celebrating at the World Spice Festival, with an introduction to Vietnamese cuisine.
The hotel presented a spectacular Vietnamese themed stall at Diyawanna Park, Battaramulla that represented the vibrant colours and character of Vietnam. Authentic Dishes such as squid on a lemon grass stick with sweet and sour sauce and marinated chicken with five spices were specially created by guest Chef Luong Duc Dung from Vietnam.
The celebration of vietnamese cuisine continues at The Dining Room from 8 to 22 October 2012 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Rs. 1,919++++. Diners stand the chance of winning one of five prizes inclusive of an air ticket, courtesy of Qatar Airways during this promotion.
