Etisalat Poson Sadaham Vandana program this year hosted a Giman Hala on the banks of Basawakkulama Tank. The Giman Hala provided free water, belimal and jaggery for weary pilgrims. A dedicated area to conduct free medical check-ups was also available in the Giman Hala. Sermons were aired around the Gimanhala in association with FM Derana and TV Derana.
