Commercial Counsellor for China participates in Chuda Manikya ceremony

The Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka, Wang participated in a religious ceremony at the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya recently. The ceremony began with a procession leaving from the Kelani Viharaya to culminate at the Kithsiri Mewan Viharaya, also called the Sivuru Dagaba.
The Chuda Manikya, which was ceremonially carried by the Commercial Counsellor, was placed on the pinnacle of this ancient Dageba.
