Life insurance leader Ceylinco Life has extended its community initiatives to the Lady Ridgeway Children’s Hospital, addressing several needs of this premier medical facility in Colombo.
The company recently donated 25 foldable beds, renovated the lighting and electrical system, installed fans and repaired defective sections of the concrete soffit of Ward 1 of the hospital.
The foldable beds are for use of parents of warded children, who stay over at the hospital.

Senanayake, Head of the Department of Paediatrics of the University of Colombo said: “The mothers of long-stay and very sick children are now able to get some rest at night due to the generosity of your organisation.”
