An Avurudu program organised by the SJMS Welfare and CSR Society was held at the National Institute of Mental Health – Angoda on Saturday 11 April, to coincide with the Sinhala and Hindu New Year. A variety of activities including many traditional sports events were the highlights of the program. It was indeed, a great pleasure to see the smiles on the faces of these inmates as all of them had an enjoyable time with their spirits momentarily lifted by their presence.
