Pan Asia Bank values its employees’ and their children’s creativity: An initiative by Pan Asia Team HR

Pan Asia Bank recently held an exciting art competition for its staff and their children to keep the spirits up and to boost the employee morale and value their inborn talents. 

The competition for the children was open under five age group categories, with different topics for each category, while staff was given the opportunity to paint under the theme of ‘Truly Sri Lankan heritage/culture’. The competition was organised by the bank’s Team HR.  

The winners were selected by JES Art International School Co-Founder/Principal Jayami Senarathne, who is an industry veteran for the past 22 years and has conducted classes locally as well as overseas. 

Pan Asia Bank regularly ensures staff engagement through a variety of activities for its employees and families to come together and unleash their creativity. This will create a happy and relaxed working environment for staff to enjoy personal as well as professional wellbeing; which will reflect in delivering excellent levels of service to its’ customers.
