Robbialac Imperial White Paint handed over to Sri Dalada Maligawa – Kandy Administrative Secretary Anura Bandara by Robbialac Regional Manager L.U.A. Lansakara
Robbialac, the pioneer manufacturer of paints and coatings in Sri Lanka recently completed its annual ‘Warna Pooja’ – for the painting of the temple of the sacred tooth relic; the Dalada Maligawa. It is quite commendable to note that the company which has been resilient during the pandemic is able continue this meritorious task for the 17th consequent year, ahead of the Esala Perahera.
“It is with great privilege and a sense of devotion that we undertake this project every year,” stated Robbialac COO Daminda Siriwardena. “We began this noble project as the first individual organisation to undertake such a task of this magnitude. Thanks to the blessings of the sacred tooth relic, we have been able to continue this project without interruptions. Robbialac is happy to contribute towards preserving Sri Lanka’s rich culture and heritage through important projects of this nature as we continue to give back to our Country with a sense of gratitude,” Siriwardena concluded.
The Warna Pooja comprises of the contribution of paints for the colour washing and painting of all buildings and outer walls of the Sri Dalada Maligawa. Understanding the importance and piousness of this project Robbialac provides a specially formulated variant of the ‘Orchid’ colour shade from their ‘Imperial White Collection’ range of products. ‘Imperial White Collection’ is a range of 10 unique shades of White coming from the Brand that knows White better than anyone else.
