Sri Lanka’s pioneer e-commerce operator opened its new customer experience centre, Centre Stage, in Wellawatta recently. Aimed at offering a heightened level of service to customers, the Experience Centre now comes fully-geared with wOw’s newly-opened state-of-the-art Repair Centre.

Moving out from its former outlet in Thimbirigasyaya, this shift to a prime location facing the Galle Road provides customers increased convenience and easy access.  With an ambience that captures the essence of the brand perfectly, the wOw Experience Centre deviates from being a typical showroom by incorporating homely elements into its setting, which includes a living area, pantry and music centre for a unique customer experience.

In a bid to further add value, the wOw professional Repair Centre was set up to address the increasing need of consumers to obtain high-quality repair services from a trusted entity. This new state-of-the-art repair centre has been set up in partnership with Olvo Technics and facilitates repairs for TVs, kitchen appliances and all other major electronic items. Repairs carried out will not be limited to product purchases made via wOw but will accommodate repairs of products in general. CEO Dr. Nushad Perera stated: “At wOw, we understand that customers are the focus of our business and we make every effort to add to their growing trust of the wOw brand and their overall experience with us. The setting up of our new customer Experience and Repair Centre is a reflection of what we believe in.”
