Vietnam Ambassador calls on Harsha de Silva

Ambassador Phan Kieu Thu of Vietnam paid a courtesy call on Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Harsha de Silva at the Ministry this week. The discussions focused on close bilateral relations between Sri Lanka and Vietnam, including special programs being planned to commemorate the 45th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. They also discussed ongoing cooperation in a number of areas.
