Suresh Shah appointed to Bukhit Darah Board

Suresh Shah has been appointed to the Bukhit Darah Plc as an Executive Director with effect from 20 February. He is also a Director on the Board of Carson Cumberbatch Plc apart from Director and CEO of Ceylon Beverage Holdings Plc and Lion Brewery Plc.

His appointment follows the resignation of Nalake Fernando as an Executive Director on the Bukit Darah Board. Shah is the current Chairman of Ceylon Chamber, Vice Chairman of Employers Federation of Ceylon and a Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission. With the changes, the Board of Directors of Bukhit Darah Plc comprises Hari Selvathan (Chairman), Mano Selvathan, I Paulraj, D.C.R. Gunawardena, P.C.P. Tissera, K. Selvanathan (Alternate to M. Selvanathan), L.R. De Lanerolle and S.K. Shah.
