Medicall is organised by Medexpert Business Consultants and the Western Province Department of Health under the Chairmanship of Western Province Health Services Provincial Director Dr. Amal Harsha De Silva.

The Ministry of Health and a number of professional medical associations in Sri Lanka have pledged their support for the exhibition.

The event is managed by Aitkin Spence conventions and exhibitions.

Topics to be discussed at the conference include; how to invest in hospital equipment, cost vs. quality of healthcare, patient safety, selecting a suitable specialisation for hospitals, and IT made simple for hospitals.

Provincial directors, bio-medical engineers, and regional directors in health services, as well as traders and hospital owners are invited to attend Medicall.
