Sri Group launches TOS to serve Lankan and foreign expats

Sri Group of Companies this week launched a unique venture The Overseas Services Ceylon Ltd (TOS), to offer professional services of property management, property care and real estate as well as investment opportunities to Sri Lankan expatriates and foreign nationals living here.

Sri Group founder Jayakody Muhandiram mentioned that presently there is no one effectively serving the identified needs of Lankan expatriates as well as foreign expats living in Sri Lanka.

Overseas Services Ceylon CEO T.K Premadasa stated that the intention of this service is to provide professional management services according to the needs of the residents and property owners.

This service includes preparing and disseminating periodic inspection reports of the rented or leased property, rent collection, utility bills payment and home maintenance services. TOS undertakes management of estates, construction, renovation and preparation of valuation reports.

In providing real estate services TOS covers all aspects of the property market and has a huge network of local agents.

This provides an effective way to present the customer with the widest selection of property available in the Island.  

TOS aims to provide investment services for prospective foreign investors and to assist them in identifying the best partners for their business while all additional requisite documentation, facilities and other needs will be efficiently met on partnering business with Sri Lanka.

TOS also offers import and export related services provides advisory services in product development, market research, setting up buyer–seller meetings and assisting in  preparing promotional tools and materials.
