Nalco, an Ecolab company with its local agent CIC Holdings PLC, will be conducting the Nalco Power 200 Seminar on 9 and 10 May for its customers in the local power and energy industry.
This international training session conducted by regional experts from Nalco’s Centre of Research and Expert (CoRE), is being held in Sri Lanka for the first time and will be attended by Nalco Country Director for Sri Lanka and Maldives Steve Benham. The Power 200 Seminar gives CIC Holdings and Nalco the opportunity to educate the local power industry on Nalco’s current research and development initiatives both locally and internationally, as well as provide a better understanding of the services offered by the company in integrated water treatment and process improvement solutions. The proceedings will be highly technical and will delve into detailed information on water treatment applications which can be implemented by customers in their respective power plants for further efficiency and productivity.
Sustainability is a significant part of the business of CIC Holdings, and the Power 200 Seminar is yet another initiative organised by the company together with Nalco to improve the local power industry in this regard.
The trainers and course coordinators include Nalco experts from India, Singapore and the Philippines, as well as Nalco Country Director Benham.
