Promoting bilateral ties with Latvia

On an official visit to the Republic of Latvia, Thomas F. Daetwyler, Consul General of Latvia in Sri Lanka, visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia together with Commercial Attaché Cubby Wijetunge.

The Ministry briefed on the recent developments in Latvia and the interest to promote the bilateral relationship between Sri Lanka and Latvia. A working visit was also paid to the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, the Medical Faculty of Stradina University of Latvia as well as the Technical University of Latvia.
