Prima Sunrise rewards loyal customers

Prima Sunrise White Bread rewarded its loyal customers with a scratch and win promotion, which was held from 17 December 2014 to 16 January 2015. The promotion was immensely successful, drawing over 9000 SMS responses from customers. Prima Sunrise White Bread packs sold in the promotion month carried a scratch card that had either instant gifts or the request to SMS the customer’s national identification number which got them entitled to a grand draw.

To participate in the promotion all customers needed to do was scratch the card in every Prima Sunrise White Bread pack to win instant gifts such as schoolbags, umbrellas and free Prima Sunrise Swiss Rolls. Some customers received scratch cards asking to SMS their national identification number to Prima and these numbers were placed in a grand draw.

The grand draw winners lay claim to a first place prize of a one-night stay in a 5-star hotel for the family, a second place prize of a smartphone and a third place prize of a toaster. Following the promotion, Prima Sunrise has delivered 180 instant gifts (schoolbags, umbrellas and free Prima Sunrise Swiss Rolls) to the doorstep of every winning customer. The Grand Draw was held on 16 February 2015 and three winners were selected.
