With over 25 years of research in 52 countries worldwide, covering over 7,000 organisations backing up the Great Place to Work Model, Great Place to Work Institute will be conducting a Fundamentals Masterclass on 28 April.
Focusing on the key areas of the definition and model of a Great Work Place, The importance of employee perception and the crucial nature of Manager Employee interactions, The role of a manager in creating a conducive and engaged culture and workforce and Actions that managers can take to initiate change to bring about a higher level of engagement with their teams, the workshop also enhances the learning and exposure of the employees by sharing Best Practices from Best in Class organisations (Locally and Globally) on the People Practices front.
Conducted by Anantadeb Bandyopadhyay, a globally certified facilitator with over a decade of experience in establishing a foundation for the creation of great workplaces, this is a one of a kind interactive program that incorporates the global model and framework of creating and sustaining great workplaces together with real life case studies on companies that have made the journey towards becoming a great workplace.
In addition, the workshop also elaborates on how best to sustain a great workplace culture while continuously developing the same, and the practical application of the framework to attract and retain the most valuable asset of an organization – the employees.
